Aerotek is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for an on-site Irving, TX role. The position combines hands-on packing and warehouse tasks with advanced admin duties, including data entry, reporting, and SAP usage to maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes lifting 20–50 lb packages, over-time during high volume, and a shift pattern starting at 6:00 a.m. You will work closely with procurement and internal teams to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/shipping & receiving environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and move 20–50 lb packages.
• Strong data-entry, documentation, and reporting skills.
• SAP experience preferred for order and inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack orders for shipment with accurate labeling.
• Enter tracking and documentation into computer systems and SAP.
• Perform shipping/receiving in the warehouse including picking and packing.
• Inspect and re-box incoming packages per SOPs and customer guidelines.
• Communicate with procurement on order status and materials.
• Maintain accurate records across SAP and databases.
• Create reports and present data to support processes.
• Follow SOPs and customer requirements for shipping and receiving.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team and others to ensure smooth workflow.
