Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM S4/Hana Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful SAP Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Direct, manage, plan, and administer SAP S4 Hana project EAM implementation activities of a division/business area.

Utility industry experience a plus

1. Manage complex and cross-functional programs and projects, from design and development through go-live/production.

2. Drive and ensure collaboration between and among program stakeholders.

3. Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation efforts.

4. Develop, plan, and schedule the development, introduction, communication, and maintenance of all program activities and Deliverables.

5. Oversee execution of multiple projects related to the program and coordinate/manage dependencies between and among the program components.

6. Maintain accountability for the delivery of program capabilities and business results.

7. Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention.

8. Monitor progress to ensure program objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized.

9. Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team.

10. Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the governance team.

11. Determine the impact of program changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation.

12. Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation.

13. Comply with and enforce contractual commitments and program related policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Performance in a lead role on large-scale SAP EAM programs and complex delivery projects with multiple Deployments across different countries.

2. Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), Master Project Manager (MPM)).

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred

Proficient in project management software

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
