Business Data Analyst, Revenue Management (Remote)

Apply now to join Stryker as a Business Data Analyst, focusing on Revenue Management. Support global process development through data management, validation, and deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Deployment Leads to ensure timely completion of deliverables within the Lead to Cash workstream, utilizing Salesforce and Model N.
• Participate in early work-packages, identifying business processes and requirements to guide SAP and global application build.
• Assist in process workshops, supporting scope decisions, refining requirements, and defining acceptance criteria alongside Global Process Leads and key stakeholders.
• Manage assigned data design objects, collaborating with deployment teams and data migration/readiness teams to maintain data integrity.
• Work with deployment groups to identify and correct data issues, ensuring accuracy of enterprise master and transactional data.
• Support data construction, cleansing, and conversion activities.
• Collaborate with business experts on data validation, program acceptance, and global application alignment.
• Participate in deployment activities, including data loads, go-live preparations, testing, and training.
• Assist in driving adoption of new business processes aligned with ERP capabilities across divisions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce and Model N.
• Project management experience in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA, Revenue Management, PowerBI, or PowerQuery.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $87,600 - $186,700 plus bonus and benefits, based on location, skills, and experience. Benefits include health coverage, HSA, FSA, 401(k), stock purchase plan, insurance, and wellness programs.
