Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a SAP Source-to-Pay Architect to lead the global procurement and materials management transformation. The role defines the end-to-end S2P architecture across the enterprise and drives digital initiatives in strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and analytics.

The successful candidate will partner with CPOs, Supply Chain, Finance, and EA teams to establish a future-ready, standardized, intelligent S2P operating model leveraging SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and BTP.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise SAP Source-to-Pay transformations.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and related procurement technologies.
• Proven ability to govern global process standards and architecture roadmaps.
• Leadership and stakeholder management at C-level across procurement and finance.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled procurement and digital supply networks.

Job description

SAP Source-to-Pay Architect will serve as the global procurement and materials management transformation leader, responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end procurement architecture landscape across an enterprise.

The role will drive digital transformation initiatives across strategic sourcing, procurement operations, direct and indirect materials management, supplier collaboration, inventory optimization, supply assurance, contract management, procurement analytics, and AI-enabled procurement operations.

The individual will partner closely with Chief Procurement Officers, Supply Chain Leadership, Manufacturing Operations, Shared Services organizations, Finance Leadership, and Enterprise Architecture teams to establish a future-ready, globally standardized, and intelligent Source-to-Pay operating model.

The SAP practice emphasizes delivery governance, transformation assurance, architecture excellence, risk management, and AI-enabled business transformation as critical success factors for global SAP programs.
