Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a senior leader to analyze demand and deliver Technology & Digital Solutions (TDS) for Procurement, serving as a point person within Procurement and collaborating with business and technology teams. You will manage large source-to-contract programs and coordinate with multiple companies to ensure alignment with roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand and deliver TDS solutions for Procurement.
• Serve as a point person within Procurement and collaborate with business and technology personnel.
• Conduct analysis, prepare solution direction, and deliver associated work.
• Partner with Source to Contract leaders, SMEs, and Technology teams to align priorities.
• Develop knowledge of end-to-end source-to-pay process and roadmaps.
• Manage large source-to-contract programs exceeding one million dollars with limited supervision.
• Coordinate with multiple companies to deliver complex solutions and ensure contractual alignment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and create an indirect procurement roadmap.
• Lead programs by managing associates from business, SI partners, and core delivery areas.
• Identify risks, elevate when necessary, and mitigate issues.
• Plan joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine alignment with roadmaps.
• Deliver high-quality solutions for large and complex programs.
• Drive technology adoption, process redesign for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Define, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Implement technology, processes, or services with testing and go-live support.

• Serve as a point person within Procurement and collaborate with business and technology personnel
• Conduct analysis, prepare solution direction, and deliver associated work
• Partner with Source to Contract Procurement Business Leaders, SMEs, and Technology teams to understand priorities and complete deliverables/projects
• Develop deep knowledge of Procurement and the end-to-end source-to-pay process, roadmaps, projects, and personnel
• Manage large and complex source-to-contract programs exceeding one million dollars with limited supervision
• Manage three or more companies to deliver complex solutions and ensure contractual alignment on roles and responsibilities
• Partner with Business Process Owners to identify improvement opportunities and create an indirect procurement roadmap
• Lead programs by managing associates from business, systems-integrator partners, and core delivery areas
• Identify risks, elevate when necessary, and mitigate issues
• Coordinate with TDS Business Partners and Core Areas of Delivery to integrate solutions with enterprise roadmaps
• Plan joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine alignment with roadmaps and priorities
• Deliver high-quality solutions for large and complex programs
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and process redesign for revenue growth, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Develop strategies for deployment and adoption of technology capabilities, services, and solutions
• Define, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
• Implement technology, processes, or services, including documentation, testing, and implementation
• Facilitate partner teams to ensure delivery achieves desired outcomes
• Execute projects and report progress, including communications, change-management impact analysis, readiness, cutover, and go-live support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in a business or IT, including work in a technology function with focus in Procurement
• Proficiency in system development life cycle documentation, testing and release cycle protocols, including business requirements documentation, test scenarios/data/execution, cutover, hypercare, project planning and status reporting
• Proficiency in project management basics: charter, business case development, project management plan and schedule, stakeholder management, communication planning, risk/issue management, status reporting and running team calls
• Accomplished in multiple process and technology capabilities across Procurement, including Sourcing (Bidding, Contracting, Supplier Management)
• Knowledge of Purchasing (Requesting, Purchasing, Receiving), Payment (Invoicing, Payment) and Reporting (Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Diversity)
• Experience working with at least 3 of the following technology solutions: iValua, SAP ERP (SAP ECC6.0, S4 HANA, PowerBI), Aravo, Sievo, Coupa, JDE, Mulesoft
• Good understanding and experience of Integrated Supply Chain, including manufacturing, procurement, EH&S, Sustainability, planning, and supply chain functions
• Ability to influence and break down silos within and across organizations
• Ability to understand organizational vision and contribute ideas
• Ability to communicate complex business/technical challenges in a simplified manner
• Leadership in written and oral stakeholder communications
• Basic experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases
• Highly collaborative work style across all organizational levels
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and overcoming ambiguity; able to align and work with diverse regional stakeholders
