Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Deep understanding of transformation governance structures and milestone-based delivery approaches.
• Proven track record managing large-scale complex SAP or similar ERP system-enabled business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology PMO function supporting the multi-year SAP transformation.
• Oversee integrated program planning, dependency management, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Own end-to-end financial oversight for the technology transformation program.
