Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5 years in SAP transformation leadership.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise ERP programs (preferably SAP S/4HANA) from initiation through completion.
• Experience in managing full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead S/4HANA readiness and assessment, including gap analysis and roadmap implementation.
• Manage end-to-end execution of the S/4HANA program across multiple years.
• Coordinate business process re-engineering, data migration and integration activities.
