Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice is seeking a Consultant, Functional Transformation to support SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle, including SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.

You will configure SAP functionality to fit business requirements, document requirements, decisions and risks with business, technical, integration and data teams, and support workshops, testing, cutover and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years of experience in regulated environments with ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance.
• 2+ years of experience producing or governing implementation deliverables, including design docs, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness materials.
• 1+ years of experience delivering SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA transformation work.
• 1+ years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
• Ability to travel 25%, based on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation and modernization efforts, including S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations.
• Configure SAP functionality to support business process requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions.
• Document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions with business, technical, integration, and data teams.
• Support process design workshops, testing, and deployment activities including unit, integration, UAT, cutover, and stabilization.
• Develop, maintain, and govern implementation deliverables like design documents, configuration rationale, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and status updates.
