Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant, Functional Transformation to support SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle in the GPS practice. You will participate in SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transitions, configure SAP functionality, and collaborate across business, technical, and data teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with travel and security clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years of experience in regulated environments with ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements.
• 2+ years of experience producing or governing implementation deliverables, including design docs, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, deployment readiness.
• 1+ years of experience delivering SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA transformation work.
• 1+ years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation and modernization efforts, including SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations.
• Configure SAP functionality to support business process requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions.
• Document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions with business, technical, integration, and data teams.
• Support process design workshops, integrated testing, and deployment activities including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Develop, maintain, and govern implementation deliverables including solution design documents, configuration rationale, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and status updates.
