Job summary

Deloitte GPS practice seeks a seasoned SAP professional to lead modernization programs and deliver enterprise-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations for government clients. You will shape future-state processes, design solutions, and drive data migration and testing activities while embedding controls and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Work includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparation of deployment readiness materials, and occasional travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years delivering SAP implementations, including hands-on SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• 2+ years working with interfaces and data migration planning in complex ERP programs.
• 2+ years experience supporting integrated testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) for business processes.
• 2+ years experience in regulated environments with ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance expectations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Support functional delivery for SAP S/4HANA modernization programs from design to post-go-live stabilization.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and support fit-to-standard decisions.
• Develop core deliverables: solution designs, configuration docs, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials.
• Coordinate with integration and data teams for data migration and interface requirements.
• Assist testing activities by tracing requirements and documenting defects, driving fixes.
• Embed ERP controls, audit readiness and compliance in design, testing and cutover.
• Support deployment readiness, including cutover planning and early-life stabilization.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver SAP solutions in regulated government settings, with travel as needed.
