Job summary

Fluor is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Time Systems Integrator to work remotely as part of the FBPI team. The role supports SAP labor/time systems, including CATS, payroll integration, and labor costing across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have deep time recording expertise, SAP S/4HANA experience, and the ability to coordinate global stakeholders. This is a full-time remote position with travel up to 5-10%.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and eight years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SAP labor/timesheet and payroll integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related modules is preferred.
• Ability to work across Finance, HR, IT and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for global SAP labor/timesheet systems.
• Resolve accrual discrepancies and time sheet issues with external providers.
• Support automated Labor Distribution posting and cost allocation to financial objects.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and external vendors to ensure compliant solutions.
• Lead discovery meetings and manage UAT and test results with stakeholders.
• Influence process improvements for time and labor management.
