Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer in Maumee, OH to lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program. You will drive strategy, governance, milestones, and cross-functional delivery across global teams, ensuring successful Fit-Gap through Hypercare with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires 15+ years in SAP program management, budgets over $10M, and deep SAP Finance/SCM knowledge. Onsite coordination with TCS teams, vendors, and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP program management experience including at least three end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience leading ERP transformation programs with budgets over $10M.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield deployments.
• Broad understanding of SAP Finance (FI/CO), P2P, O2C, SCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, Master Data Governance.
• Experience with Commodity Management or CTRM preferred.
• Expertise in program planning, governance, PMO management and executive reporting.
• Strong budget, financial, SOW, risk, issue, dependency and change-management experience.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data migration, testing, change management and third-party teams.
• Experience leading Fit-Gap, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program delivery across all workstreams.
• Establish program strategy, governance, roadmap, reporting cadence and decision forums.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, dependencies and outcomes.
• Act as primary interface for customer executives, TCS leadership, SAP Services and stakeholders.
• Lead executive reviews and steering committee meetings with status, risks, decisions and recovery plans.
• Define and monitor KPIs, dashboards, milestones, RAID items and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data, testing, change management and third-party delivery.
• Ensure successful completion of all project phases from Fit-Gap to Hypercare.
• Manage program financials, revenue realization, effort, forecasts and SOW commitments.
• Mitigate risks, resolve critical issues and drive cross-functional decisions.
• Govern onsite and offshore staffing, recruitment, onboarding and capability building.
• Ensure adherence to delivery, quality, security and compliance standards.

• Ensure successful completion of Fit-Gap, Design, Build, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and stabilization phases.
• Manage program financials, revenue realization, effort consumption, forecasts, SOW commitments, contractual obligations, and change requests.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve critical issues, and drive timely cross-functional decisions.
• Govern onsite and offshore staffing, recruitment, onboarding, resource fulfillment, capability building, and succession planning.
• Ensure adherence to TCS delivery, quality, security, and compliance standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.
