Job summary

PROSAP SYSTEMS in New Jersey is seeking a SAP S/4HANA program management leader who can coordinate across business, IT, and vendors to deliver complex, multi‑vendor initiatives.

You will own workstream roadmaps, dependencies, and governance, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery with RAIDD log management and risk mitigation through testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare. This role requires strong cross‑functional leadership and ability to break silos to align end‑to‑end processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and program management.
• Coordinate across business, IT and vendor teams.
• Oversee deliverables across project phases with alignment of teams.
• Drive cross-vendor and cross-functional coordination for high-quality delivery.
• Manage cross-system dependencies between SAP and non-SAP apps.
• Maintain artifacts repository and enforce quality gates.
• Own workstream roadmap, milestones, and critical path across programs.
• Maintain RAIDD log and escalate risks/issues timely.
• Drive risks, actions, and decisions management and change communications.
• Lead executive reporting and stakeholder alignment for status, KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own stage gates and quality gates; ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Align vendors and internal teams on milestones, dependencies, and quality gates across all phases.
• Manage cross-system dependencies and ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management; escalate as needed.
• Lead testing, data, cutover, go-live and hypercare readiness and execution.
• Present status to steering committee and leadership, and support go/no-go decisions.
