Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Smyrna, GA seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end SAP programs across multiple workstreams and vendors. The role requires strong program management, governance, and executive communication skills.

You will own planning, execution, risk management, and reporting, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery milestones in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and enterprise integration landscapes.
• Experience managing large, multi vendor, multi geography SAP S4 HANA programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end delivery of SAP S4 HANA technical programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closure.
• Lead multiple SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA implementation or conversion, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency management.
• Track and report program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Provide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA landscapes and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
