Job summary

Laurel is seeking a technically skilled Implementation Engineer to support client technical operations and complex system migrations. You will work with Principal Partner Engineers to ensure seamless integrations between Laurel and client systems, focusing on ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise ERP platforms.

This hybrid role blends DevOps monitoring, troubleshooting, ERP/PMS integrations, and direct client support.

Qualifications

3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple systems and data flows.
Experience with REST APIs, SQL queries, and database concepts.
Experience with iPaaS tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier similar).
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and proactive alerting.

Responsibilities

Client Integrations: Build/modify Boomi processes; test data integrity; coordinate migrations with zero downtime; document learnings.
DevOps & System Monitoring: Monitor integration health; investigate alerts; manage Boomi Atom; root-cause analysis; optimize performance.
Internal Support Escalation: Level 2 escalation for sync issues; troubleshoot across Laurel, Boomi, PMS, productivity tools; create knowledge base articles.
Client Technical Support: Communicate with client IT contacts; explain tech issues clearly; coordinate with client teams; participate in weekly client meetings.
