Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Dallas, TX, seeks a Program Director to lead SAP S/4HANA transformations across multi-module ERP. You will drive design, build and deployment of new business processes, mentor teams, and manage client workshops to deliver outcomes aligned with the project plan.

The role requires deep SAP data and MDG governance experience, strong leadership, and ability to travel 100%. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery as a Data Lead with proven track record.
• Experience leading sales opportunities and client workshops with stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA master data, data migration and governance approaches.
• Hands-on SAP MDG implementation and governance framework experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for SAP data solutions.
• Expert knowledge of SAP data elements, data structures and migration tools.
• Proven ability to manage transformational ERP initiatives and teams.
• Experience driving multi-module ERP deployments (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing and deployment of new business processes enabled by SAP S/4 solutions.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders and drive results aligned to project plans.
• Provide business process solutions meeting client priorities using best practices.
• Develop implementation schedules and oversee system implementation planning and execution.
• Ensure project success criteria are met and manage client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute hands-on when required.
• Provide accurate estimates, timelines and governance for solution delivery.
