SMS Group seeks an experienced SAP data migration leader to own end-to-end S/4HANA migrations for U.S.-based engagements. You will coordinate data owners with technical teams, define strategy, and oversee profiling through cutover to ensure data quality and alignment across the organization.

The role emphasizes business-data ownership, risk mitigation and measurable client outcomes within a senior expert network, offering flexible engagement structures and direct accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP data/migration experience.
• At least two S/4HANA migrations with direct leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience with mapping, cleansing, mock loads and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated business-data ownership and cutover discipline.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

About the Opportunity

Own S/4HANA data migration from strategy through reconciliation and cutover. The right candidate can coordinate business data owners and technical teams, not simply execute load programs.We are building a U.S.-based SAP transformation, recovery, data and AI practice focused initially on manufacturing and industrial organizations. Our model combines senior SAP expertise, rapid specialist deployment, HANA/data engineering and flexible project delivery. We are seeking experienced SAP professionals who can operate credibly with business and technology leaders and take ownership of outcomes, not simply complete assigned tasks.

What You Will Do

• Create migration strategy, object inventory, ownership model and execution plan.
