Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) is seeking an SAP S/4HANA CM/SD specialist to implement, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP CM/SD capabilities. You will help migrate legacy SAP CRM functionality into an embedded S/4HANA environment and work with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes business analysis, data management, and cutover execution to ensure seamless go-live and ongoing support for customer, provider, order, and service processes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Management, SAP CRM, SAP SD, or a related business-process role.
• Basic understanding of the CRM lifecycle and S/4HANA navigation.
• Familiarity with business partner master data, sales orders, pricing, and related transactions.
• Experience participating in SAP configuration, business analysis, testing, or production support.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support S/4HANA CM and SD functionality per business requirements.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and validation.
• Assist with migration of CRM capabilities into embedded S/4HANA CM while preserving functionality.
• Coordinate data master and transactional processes across Sales, Service, and Finance.
