Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an SAP OTC Lead in India with 8–10 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience, including S/4HANA, Fiori, ATP, and authoritative RAR knowledge.

You will design and implement end-to-end OTC processes, drive workshops, ensure FI/AR, MM, LE, TM integration, and oversee data migration, testing, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• S/4HANA SD expertise including ATP/aATP, Fiori apps, and RAR.
• Strong integration with FI/AR, MM, LE, TM and external systems via EDI/IDoc.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (quotation, order management, delivery, billing and revenue posting).
• Serve as the main point of contact for OTC topics, run workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses and translate needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, LE, TM) and external systems (CRM, 3PLs, EDI).
• Define functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and govern their development and testing.
• Define and execute test strategies across SIT, UAT, and regression testing, and manage defect resolution and audits.
• Data migration activities for OTC master and transactional data from legacy systems and provide post-go-live support.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and conduct user training sessions.

SAP - OTC Lead:

Must have 8 to 10 years of experience and hands in following technical skills: AATP - Advance Available to check, BOP - Back order processing, PAL - Product Allocation substitution. Basic Availability check for Make to order to Make to Stock. Interfaces and IDOCS. Make to Stock, Credit Management & FSCM, Rebates & Settlement Managements. CrossModule skills: SD-PP, SD-MM, SD-RTR and SD-UI5. Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a minimum of two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

S/4HANA Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in S/4HANA architecture, simplifications in the SD module, SAP Fiori apps and user interfaces, and new functionalities like Advanced ATP (aATP), Business Partner approach, and Revenue Accounting (RAR).

Core Configuration Skills: Expertise in configuring key SD processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, credit management (FSCM), output management, returns, intercompany sales, and third-party order processing.

Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration touchpoints with other modules (FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, TM) and external systems using EDI/IDoc, APIs, etc.

Good hand in SAP Methodology Expertise: Familiarity and experience with SAP implementation methodologies, especially the SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.

Responsible and accountable following working areas on the project deliverables:

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes (quotation, order management, delivery, billing and revenue posting).
• Business Collaboration & Analysis: Serve as the main point of contact for OTC topics, conduct workshops, gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis and translate complex needs into scalable SAP solutions.
• Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like Finance (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), Transportation Management (TM) and external systems (CRM, 3PLs, EDI).
• Customization & Development Oversight: Define functional specifications for custom developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows - RICEFW) and govern their development and testing.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Define and execute test strategies across various phases (SIT, UAT, regression testing), ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards and manage defect resolution.
• Data Migration & Support: Direct data migration activities for OTC master and transactional data (customer master, open orders, etc.) from legacy systems and provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Training & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation (process flows, configuration guides, training materials) and conduct user training sessions.
