Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior S/4HANA Developer with 8+ years of SAP technical experience to join our Indiana team. You will lead development of RICEFW objects, CDS views, AMDP and OData services, and support Fiori-based apps.

Strong ABAP OOPS, RAP, and integration with external systems are required. You will collaborate with business and IT leads in client-facing engagements, crafting high‑level designs and technical specs for complex S/4HANA implementations and upgrades using Greenfield,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP technical experience.
• Proven track record with S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
• Experience with S/4HANA 2020+ (Greenfield/Brownfield) and RISE with SAP.
• Strong ability to design high-level tech specs and designs.
• Excellent client-facing communication with business and IT leads.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Senior S/4HANA Developer with 8+ years of SAP technical experience.
• Expert in Development of RICEFW objects using Agile/Waterfall development best practices.
• Working experience on S/4HANA 2020+ (Greenfield/Brownfield) and RISE with SAP.
• Proven track record in multiple S/4 implementations, conversions, and upgrades.
• Expertise in developing CDS views, AMDP & OData services.
• Expertise in ABAP OOPS, RAP (ABAP RESTful Architecture) and supporting Fiori-based applications.
• Extensively worked on Adobe Forms (OData-based), User Exits, Enhancements, and modern Interfaces.
• Custom development experience including ABAP Cloud, Adobe Forms, ALV, IDOCs, BAPIs, Web Services, Event Mesh, extensibility, BTP.
• Experience integrating S/4HANA with external systems and third-party platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT business processes and Clean Core development practices.
• Ability to prepare high-level design documents and technical specifications for complex objects.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interaction with Business and IT Leads.
