Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to define future-state R2R processes and target operating models.

- Oversee ECC integration, replication, and mapping using SLT, ALE/IDocs, and RFCs.

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated SAP R2R Central Finance Lead to join in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Expert with strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), SAP ECC Integration, SAP S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN), and Finance Transformation Programs.
The candidate will be responsible for leading business process workshops, defining target operating models, designing Central Finance solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation of ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance landscapes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering large-scale global CFIN implementations involving multiple source systems, multiple currencies, multiple charts of accounts, centralized reporting, reconciliation design, historical data loads, and enterprise finance integrations. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, integration teams, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate business process workshops to define future-state Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Assess current finance operating models and establish standardized target-state processes.
- Drive process harmonization across legal entities, business units, and geographies.
- Collaborate with finance leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define SAP Finance transformation roadmaps.
- Provide solution recommendations aligned with SAP best practices and enterprise finance objectives.
- Support end-to-end financial close, reporting, reconciliation, and governance processes.
- Design, implement, and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions.
- Lead ECC to S/4HANA Central Finance integration initiatives.
- Define Central Finance architecture and deployment strategy.

- Prepare functional specifications, design documents, test scripts, and deployment plans.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
