Job summary

GAC Solutions seeks an SAP QM specialist with deep pharma experience to design, configure, and optimize QM processes. You will collaborate with the ABAP team on enhancements, issue resolution, and rollout projects to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities include configuring QM solutions for new developments and ensuring ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) are aligned with SAP QM deployments. This role requires hands-on expertise and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP QM in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP teams for enhancements and bug fixes.
• Ability to configure SAP QM solutions for new developments and rollout projects.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release.

• Integration with SAP modules such as EWM, PP, MM, and others
• Must possess a solid understanding of SAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in collaborating with the ABAP team for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
• Ability to configure SAP QM solutions for new developments, business requirements, and rollout projects.
• Well-versed in IT service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
