Job summary
Veriipro is seeking an SAP QM specialist to support Manufacturing and Quality processes in a Canonsburg area facility. The role focuses on harmonizing UD codes, batch management, and documentation across plants to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
The candidate will enhance system controls, support interplant transfers, and collaborate with business and technical teams to implement process improvements in SAP QM and related modules.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP QM in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of UD and Batch Management.
- Experience with batch release, stock control, and interplant transfers.
- Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and change log functionality.
- Strong documentation and governance skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Manufacturing and Quality workstreams and process improvements.
- Harmonize UD codes and stock control across plants.
- Standardize UD codes to improve accuracy and governance.
- Identify and validate change log functionality in SAP QM/workstreams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes.
- Stabilize UD code validation for batches during interplant transfers.
- Implement controls to ensure only released batches are shipped.
- Enhance validation checks across shipping and transfers to prevent noncompliant batches.
- Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot SAP QM issues and ensure proper execution.
- Support testing, validation, documentation, and deployment of enhancements.
