Job summary

CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, is seeking a Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant to lead production planning and quality management in a manufacturing setting. You will drive design, configuration, testing, and deployment of PP/QM processes, collaborating with operations, engineering, and IT to ensure continuous improvement and global template alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with at least 5+ years in SAP PP/QM in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and high-volume environments.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, or carve-outs (blueprint to hypercare).
• Knowledge of MM, WM/EWM, and MES integrations with SAP PP/QM.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders and lead system cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP and QM design, configuration, testing, and deployment for manufacturing plants.
• Own end-to-end PP/QM processes: planning, BOMs, routings, inspections, and quality notifications.
• Coordinate with ABAP, basis, and integration teams for enhancements and interfaces.
• Support 24x7 production operations and plant go-lives with go-live planning and hypercare.
• Provide day-to-day production support and data accuracy improvements for KPI visibility.
