Job summary

Magnit is seeking an Associate III, Quality Systems to support the transition of QC data management from Labware LIMS to SAP QM. You will revise and create controlled documentation, align procedures with new SAP QM processes, and collaborate with QA, QC and cross-functional teams to maintain GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include managing document lifecycle in Veeva Vault, supporting change control activities, coordinating training, and ensuring documentation compliance during implementation

Qualifications

• Experience documenting in GMP environments with SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience with Labware LIMS, SAP QM, Veeva Vault or similar systems.
• Knowledge of change control, deviation handling and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise controlled documents to reflect SAP QM processes.
• Author new SOPs and process documents for SAP QM workflows.
• Coordinate change control deliverables and training assignments.
• Ensure document lifecycle compliance, version control and traceability.
• Collaborate with QA, QC and cross-functional teams to map future-state workflows.
