Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a mid-level SAP Quality Management Consultant to deploy and optimize SAP QM processes across multiple legacy manufacturing sites. The role emphasizes compliance, quality initiatives, and hands-on testing in regulated environments.

You will configure SAP QM modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support validation activities while traveling to facilities including Twin Cities, NJ, NC, and Manitoba.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAPQM implementation and support
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma)
• Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site visits

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAPQM modules for plant manufacturing environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and testing activities
• Provide expertise in quality inspections, notifications, audits, and preventive maintenance
• Support legacy factory transitions and ensure alignment with corporate quality standards
• Assist in validation and compliance testing for regulated environments
• Travel to facilities as needed (Twin Cities, NJ, NC, Manitoba)
