Job summary

Hasna Technology is seeking a QA engineer to design test plans, execute functional and integration tests, validate API responses, and ensure data integrity across SAP modules, Salesforce, and ecommerce platforms. You will contribute to test automation efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality across business applications.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP module testing in complex environments.
• Strong background in manual and functional testing.
• Experience with integration testing and regression testing.
• Experience with API testing.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Experience testing integrations with Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, scenarios, cases, and documentation.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, sanity and negative tests.
• Perform UI and manual functional testing across business apps.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
• Conduct API testing and SQL-based data validation.
• Collaborate with dev, business, and tech teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Support QA process improvements and documentation.
• Work with multiple business apps and tools used for Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory.
