Job summary

Itmc Systems is seeking SAP QA/Testing professionals with hands-on experience in testing SAP Customer Experience solutions. Candidates should be proficient in SAP Commerce Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Sales Cloud, or CDP, and ready to contribute to functional and integration testing from day one.

You will prepare test artifacts, document defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of QA/testing experience in SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SAP CX product.
• Strong knowledge of functional and integration testing.
• Experience with defect management and test management tools.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and good communication skills; automation exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
• Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
• Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities.

Role Overview

We are urgently looking for SAP QA / Testing professionals with hands-on experience in testing SAP Customer Experience solutions. Candidates with experience in any one of the following areas are preferred:

• SAP Commerce Cloud (v2)
• SAP Engagement Cloud / SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
• SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C
• SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP)
