Job summary

EY, Anywhere in Country, is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions within our SAP-focused Agile Transformation.

You will translate requirements into technical specifications, oversee delivery streams, and manage risk while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries and ability to translate complex requirements.
• SAP modules experience: Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Product Costing, Materials Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, completion of workflow and documentation; configure/integrate SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Oversee delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with client personnel; travel may be required.
