Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs with SAP-based solutions. You will analyze processes, translate requirements into technical specs, and lead project delivery with risk management in mind.

You'll oversee teams, manage billable work, and collaborate with clients daily. Travel may be required. This role emphasizes architecture alignment, continuous improvement, and the ability to navigate complex multi-module SAP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years SAP Project Systems experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience leading an SAP project or workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries and SAP integration experience.
• Familiarity with security roles in Project Systems and Management Accounting processes.
• Ability to research client inquiries, regulatory guidance, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• Evaluate alignment of technology with business objectives and drive process improvements.
• Oversee delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily; travel as needed.
