Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP Project Systems experience; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules recommended.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP modules: Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications and SAP configurations.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives and maintain project risk controls.
• Drive continuous improvement, supervise teams, and manage client engagement and delivery timelines. Travel may be required.
