Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager in the United States to bridge business needs with SAP-based solutions. You will analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and guide delivery streams to successful client engagements.

You will lead teams, manage risk, and ensure quality outcomes while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. This role may require travel and offers a hybrid work model and strong career development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP Project Systems experience; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries and ability to translate requirements into solutions.
