Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP-based technical solutions. You will analyze processes to capture requirements and translate them into specs while ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management.

Travel may be required for client engagements. In this role, you will lead high-quality SAP projects, supervise teams, and maintain billable client work streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of experience with SAP Project Systems; knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across multiple industries; ability to deliver complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.
• Travel may be required based on client needs.
