We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our client company.

Details are as follows:

• Position: SAP Project Manager (Mostly remote with some travel)
• Term: Direct Hire
• Location: Nationwide
• Start Date: ASAP
• Client: Automotive
• Visa: US Citizen or Green Card only

Job Summary:

As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing SAP implementation projects for our client. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the consulting industry, with extensive experience in implementing SAP solutions. Automotive sector experience is a plus. Hands-on S/4 HANA implementation experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Utilize various project management methodologies, such as agile/scrum, to drive project success and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts as they arise.
• Track project progress, monitor project expenses, and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Continuously strive for process improvement and optimize project delivery methodologies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing SAP solutions.
• Preferably experience in the Automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA implementation.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including agile/scrum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework.
• Agile certification and/or experience is preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or TN Visa holder.
