To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for SAP Project Manager - Automation

Location: Remote (United States)

Your Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage SAP automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and strategies for SAP automation initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units and IT teams, to define project scope, objectives, and expectations for automation within the SAP environment.
4. Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of automation tools specific to SAP (e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA)).
5. Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure that SAP automation projects are delivered within scope and financial constraints.
6. Ensure the quality and compliance of automation solutions within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring minimal disruption to existing processes.
7. Oversee testing and validation of automation solutions within SAP, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
8. Ensure SAP automation projects follow SAP best practices, methodologies, and industry standards.

Your Skills And Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven experience managing SAP automation projects, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Ariba, etc.).
3. Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation tools, particularly SAP specific tools such as SAP Intelligent RPA or third-party RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
4. Strong understanding of SAP workflows and processes, including finance, procurement, HR, and supply chain.
5. Proficiency with SAP project management tools and methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in SAP automation projects.
7. Knowledge of SAP architecture, cloud solutions, and integration with other business systems.
8. Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, retail, finance) with SAP is advantageous.
