Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP ERP Transformation Program Manager to lead project management activities for a $100M+ enterprise SAP ERP transformation program.
This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for program governance, delivery tracking, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across teams in Europe and the Americas.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of program/project management experience, with a strong background leading large-scale SAP and ERP transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities across a $100M+ enterprise SAP ERP transformation program.
- Manage program governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and overall execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of 20+ resources across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines remain on track.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program and project risks.
- Manage communication and stakeholder engagement across Europe and the Americas.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, program updates, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate multiple teams and workstreams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify issues that could impact delivery.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, tracking tools, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure program objectives and initiatives remain aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement program strategies that support organizational priorities.
- Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
- Proven experience leading SAP project management initiatives and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Experience managing complex enterprise-level programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of 20+ resources.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographic regions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong executive-level stakeholder management and reporting experience.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, dependencies, milestones, and delivery tracking.
- Ability to manage detailed project updates while maintaining focus on overall program objectives and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-paced enterprise transformation environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience leading large-scale SAP ERP transformation programs.
- Experience working in global enterprise organizations.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong experience with executive steering committees, governance processes, and enterprise reporting.
- Experience managing programs with significant budgets and organizational impact.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC, requiring 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Candidates must be able to reliably meet the onsite requirement.
