Job summary

SolGenie is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA PP Functional Lead/Architect to design, implement, and support manufacturing and production planning solutions. You will work closely with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams, providing technical and functional leadership to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP/IT experience with strong S/4HANA PP expertise, hands-on PP configuration, and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP designs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP/IT experience with strong SAP S/4HANA PP/Production Planning expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP configuration, implementation, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes and integration with QM, MM, and EWM.
• Experience with MES / shop-floor manufacturing interfaces.
• Strong S/4HANA knowledge; SAP HANA experience preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and lead functional design.
• Experience leading/mentoring SAP teams and coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manufacturing/regulated industry experience, including FDA/GMP or SOX, is a plus.
• Must be able to work onsite in Exton, PA 3 days/week. No relocation provided.
