Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical SAP solutions. You will analyze processes, capture requirements, and translate them into design specifications for cost accounting and SAP-enabled processes.

You will lead delivery streams, ensure QA, and collaborate with client teams to drive value. Expect travel and a hybrid work model that EY supports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years' experience with SAP Controlling and Product Costing (Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order) in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.
