Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP Controlling with focus on Product Costing and exposure to Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order production strategies.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes, overhead cost accounting, integrated planning, margin analysis, and global reporting requirements.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams and managing project teams; knowledge of hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Oversee delivery streams, manage projects, and supervise teams.
• Travel may be required based on client needs (up to 80%).
