EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions within the SAP landscape. You will analyze business models, capture requirements, and translate them into technical specifications that align with architecture and business objectives.

You will lead SAP projects, oversee teams, and drive risk management while delivering high-quality processes and innovative solutions for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP Controlling focused on Product Costing and related modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based teams; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery desirable.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and oversee client engagements with a focus on risk management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and leverage best practices in SAP implementations.
