Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical SAP solutions. The role focuses on translating requirements into technical specs, aligning system architecture with objectives, and driving process innovation within a hybrid client-delivery model.

You’ll manage projects, oversee teams, and engage with clients to deliver high-quality SAP solutions across Finance and Controlling domains. Travel is common in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing.
• Exposure to Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order costing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and hybrid delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients on a daily basis.
• Travel may be required based on client needs (up to 80%).
