Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Technology Business Analysis to lead SAP Controlling projects, focusing on product costing and production strategies. You’ll translate business requirements into technical designs, manage risk, and oversee delivery with client teams. Expect travel up to 80% and a hybrid on/near client-site work model.

You’ll work across SAP modules (FICO, S/4HANA) and leverage best practices to drive innovation, reporting, and performance improvements for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4–6 years SAP Controlling experience; costing focus.
• Experience with Make-to-Stock / Make-to-Order costing concepts highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream in hybrid delivery models.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting and product costing leading practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects/workstreams from requirements to solution design and testing.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with client business objectives.
• Drive process improvement, innovation and risk management across projects.
• Oversee delivery streams and billable client engagement; travel as needed.
• Architect solutions and coordinate configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
