Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP solutions. You will analyze processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and guide architecture decisions to ensure solutions align with client objectives.

You’ll lead SAP Controlling and Product Costing workstreams, manage risk, and mentor teams across onshore/offshore delivery, with travel up to 80% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of SAP Controlling experience focused on Product Costing.
• Experience with costing of Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order production.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and Product Costing best practices.
