Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Business Analysis to manage and deliver SAP-driven processes and projects with a focus on risk management and continuous improvement. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, architect SAP solutions, and supervise delivery streams for client engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of SAP Controlling experience, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to leading cross-functional SAP projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required and 4d to 6 years of SAP Controlling experience with focus on Product Costing
• Experience with Make-to-Stock/Make-to-Order costing and overhead cost accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and leading project-based teams
• Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices and Costing Variants
• Knowledge of financial modules integration (MM, PP, FI) and parallel ledgers
• Familiarity with security roles in Management Accounting processes
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, PP or MM modules and S/4HANA
• Willingness to travel up to 80%

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications and SAP configurations
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives and deliver high-quality SAP projects
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP processes and solutions
• Oversee teams, manage risk, and maintain client charging and delivery timelines
• Engage with client personnel at appropriate levels to establish strong relationships
• Travel as required to meet client needs
