EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs with SAP-based solutions. You will analyze business models to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

You will lead SAP projects, oversee teams, and drive process improvements, with travel up to 80%. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
4–6 years' SAP Controlling experience focusing on Product Costing with exposure to costing of different Production Strategies such as Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members; hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and Product Costing leading practices.

Responsibilities

Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and client charging.
Travel may be required, up to 80%.
