Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a seasoned SAP Finance Transformation leader to drive end-to-end transformation programs for global clients. You will translate business goals into actionable SAP-enabled roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and shape delivery with AI-enabled finance solutions.

The role requires extensive SAP S/4 implementation experience, strong client engagement skills, and willingness to travel to client sites; you will mentor teams and contribute to market-leading finance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional/technical expertise with Product costing and related SAP modules.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting CMT - High Tech clients.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for CMT - High Tech clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years' work experience); Associate’s Degree requires equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and the value of SAP solutions.
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases and roadmaps, including during sales origination and proposals.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, and partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value.
• Oversee deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on best practices leveraging SAP and embedded innovations.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture; mentor teams and stay current on regulations and trends.
• Develop assets and best practices and nurture transformation experts.
