Accenture PLC is seeking a finance-minded SAP ERP Consultant to transform core accounting and finance operations on SAP S/4HANA ERP. You will blend deep finance process knowledge with strong consulting, communication, and delivery skills, partnering across business, technology, testing, training, and offshore teams.

You will deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, design end-to-end finance solutions, analyze data, and oversee testing and cutover activities.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of functional SAP Finance experience incl. GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and/or Product Costing.
• Hands-on SAP Asset Accounting / Fixed Assets with capitalization and depreciation experience.
• 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or SAP Finance implementations in a delivery role.
• Finance transformation consulting experience in process design, close optimization, or CFO advisory.
• Experience serving Energy sector clients is a plus.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent; advanced credentials helpful.

Mansioni

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs with ERP expertise.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP S/4HANA Finance specs.
• Design and configure GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Product Costing solutions.
• Analyze finance data to inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness.
• Coordinate testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect triage, cutover, and hypercare.
• Apply GenAI capabilities in finance processes to improve close and reporting.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to internal SAP assets.
