Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP solutions. You’ll analyze processes, capture requirements, and translate them into technical specs for SAP implementations across Controlling, Product Costing, and data analytics.

You will lead delivery streams, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement, with travel to client sites as a norm in a hybrid delivery model.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years SAP Controlling experience focused on Product Costing.
Expertise in overhead cost accounting, planning, margin analysis and allocations.
Experience linking SAP with other modules (MM, PP, FI) and data reporting.
Strong written, verbal communication and client-facing skills.
Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP implementations.
Evaluate alignment of technology solutions with client business objectives and processes.
Drive process improvement and innovation across SAP-enabled workstreams.
Oversee teams, manage risk, and maintain billable client engagement delivery.
Travel to client sites as needed, with an 80% travel expectation.
