Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical SAP solutions. The role focuses on analyzing business models to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensuring architecture aligns with business objectives.

You will lead SAP projects and workstreams, drive process improvements, and manage client engagements. Travel up to 80% may be required, with a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model in play.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of SAP Controlling with focus on Product Costing and exposure to make-to-stock/make-to-order.
• Strong knowledge of overhead cost accounting, integrated planning, margin analysis, and module integrations (MM/PP/FI).
• Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and country-specific costing practices.
• Knowledge of Product Costing leading practices and parallel ledgers.
