The opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. We assist clients in achieving better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution.

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Managing and delivering high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with risk management focus.
• Providing continuous process improvement, innovation, and leveraging best practices.
• Supervising teams to achieve complex technical initiatives, maintaining billable client work, leading delivery streams, and engaging with clients daily.
• Leading SAP projects or workstreams, researching client inquiries, and understanding emerging issues, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Strong technical skills in application design and defining technology business requirements.
• Analyzing and mapping technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing and negotiating.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full life cycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module and procurement-related business processes.
• Knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Accounts Payable is advantageous.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstream, conducting solution design workshops, and establishing proof of concepts.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 5+ full life cycle implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
